The Associate II - Accounts Payable will report to the Senior Manager, Billing, and Accounting Operations. This is a position in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
The Associate II – Accounts Payable will be an organized and proficient individual who will contribute towards increased accuracy and efficiency of invoice processing.

Demonstrate a keen eye for detail, have large-scale experience in P2P, and have previous experience working in ERP systems.
Ability to work independently and confidently, handle escalations promptly, know when escalation is necessary, and provide excellent support to team members and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices and monitor vendor invoice approval process
- Ensure day-to-day tasks are completed to meet processing deadlines and close the calendar
- Complex vendor statement reconciliations, research, and resolve discrepancies
- Respond to inquiries from the supplier and internal stakeholders
- Escalate issues to the manager as appropriate
- Provide excellent customer service to vendors and employees by resolving questions and issues quickly and accurately
- Assist with other special projects
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Business or Accounting degree preferred
- 3 – 6 years of Accounts Payable work experience
