Duties:
- Glass Technicians will greet customers.
- Explain the windshield repair process.
- Verify insurance coverage of vehicle and the repair of rock chips and cracks up to 24 inches on the auto glass.
- Complete invoices.
- Call in work to insurance companies via cell phone.
- Oversee the job site.
- Report to the office weekly for supplies and call final numbers into the office daily.
