ICF seeks an individual with interest in working on projects related to human trafficking. The Operations Specialist will provide project operations support, perform a range of administrative and logistical tasks, and support teams in providing quality work to our clients at the Department of Justice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data collection and data entry for project reports and tracking systems
• Drafting and compiling meeting notes and synthesizing meeting activity notes ie. whiteboard/jamboards.
• Assisting with project quality control through activities such as proofing, records keeping, and ensuring compliance with project SOPs
• Developing and sending targeted email correspondence with TTA recipients and partners.
• Tracking registration for training events and assisting in correspondence with participants.
• Supporting updates to Sharepoint and assistance in managing online storage platforms.
• Performing other related duties as assigned

The work will require collaboration with two project points of contact. The candidate must be organized and capable of managing time effectively, plan and carry out concurrent activities and display sensitivity to the confidential nature of federal client work and of the communications between ICF and clients.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or 5 years related experience in operational support.

Additional Skills:

• Ability to create and manage timelines, and collaborate with other teams to complete a project deliverable
• Proficiency with MS Office Applications: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel
• Strong proofreading skills with careful attention to detail
• Strong writing and notetaking skills, and in compiling meeting notes
• Knowledge of the general nature of the criminal justice and human trafficking fields.

• Ability to communicate well, both orally and in writing, demonstrated highly professional demeanor
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with various levels of internal staff, as well as clients, grantees, and vendors as needed
• Ability to work autonomously and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to create and manage timelines and collaborate with the team to complete a project deliverable

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:

$46,667.00 - $79,333.00
