Job Description:
L3Harris is seeking a career level professional who desires to work in an environment where nothing is routine! This position will contribute to administration of the U.S. leave and disability programs.
Essential Functions:
- Proactively monitor, track and support leave and disability administration, including disability, FMLA, paid parental leave, military leave and personal leave.
- Serve as point of contact for employee escalations and be responsible for resolving issues and performing root cause analysis to identify process improvement opportunities and subsequent steps for resolution.
- Manage administrative tasks with respect to leave and disability programs, including leave status updates in system.
- Coordinate with internal and external resources to manage leave and disability pay and state disability and family leave offsets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years prior experience, 2 year post-secondary/AA Degree and 6 years prior experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
- 2 plus years of experience administering employee leave and disability programs.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- BS or BA degree with concentration in business management, finance, accounting, human resources or related field preferred.

- In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $52,000 - $96,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
